What buyers say in community threads
A community post is a lead to investigate, not evidence that a whole class of complaints succeeds or fails. This review does not have a representative set of verified dispute outcomes, and no private Discord discussions were read. The dated examples below show why the seller’s description, the actual received item and the requested remedy need to be separated.
We do not quote individual posts, count members or report ratings. Community feedback is useful for spotting a trend, such as an agent whose refunds are slowing, and less useful as proof of anything about a single order.

A return discussion is a case, not an outcome statistic
A public Superbuy discussion reviewed on 22 October 2026 concerned an item the author said did not match the pictures and a dispute about paying return postage. A reply discussed the absence of a significant visible defect; another question distinguished the wrong color from physical damage. The order and final outcome were not authenticated here.
The example is outside this site’s six-agent shortlist. It shows why a support request should identify the mismatch and requested remedy instead of relying on “bad QC” or a generic no-return label. It does not establish a policy for any featured agent.
22 October 2026: removed unsupported community-wide success claims, corrected the warning sorter’s automatic no-return conclusion and expanded the purchase, inspection and refund decisions. Historical agent policy extracts and listing tests retain their original dates.
