Shipping lines and customs, after the warnings have done their work

Keep the listing and order evidence after dispatch. Shipping terms and destination rules add another set of requirements; they do not erase the earlier record.

Choosing a line once the pieces are cleared

When the photos are accepted, the pieces wait in storage until you group them into one parcel. Free storage at the featured agents runs from 90 days (Hipobuy, iTaoBuy, JoyaGoo, Oopbuy) to 120 days at Basetao, counted from arrival. Then you choose a shipping line and pay for it.

Lines are priced on weight, and many on size as well: the agent compares the actual weight with a volumetric weight worked out from the box and charges the larger. Bulky padded coats suffer most. Several agents offer a trial pack before you pay, Hipobuy for 20 yuan per parcel and JoyaGoo for 3 US dollars as published, so the final weight is known first. This site does not compare line prices; they change too often to print.

Customs on arrival, in plain terms

Duties and import taxes are set by your country, not by the agent or the seller. Some lines collect them in advance and some leave them to be paid on delivery; the agent's line description says which. Rules change, and the European Union changed its treatment of low-value parcels in July 2026, so check your own customs authority before relying on an old answer. If a parcel is sent back, what happens next depends on the line too: LoongBuy's FAQ says some lines can return it to an overseas warehouse for paid reshipment, some postal lines bring it back to the China warehouse, and others support neither.

Prohibited goods are a separate matter. Every featured agent publishes a list of what it will not buy or ship, and goods that infringe trademarks are on those lists: orders can be refused and parcels held. This site does not help orders get around checks.

Damage on arrival and the clock after delivery

The last warning is the agents' own. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, Oopbuy asks you to check it in front of the courier and sign with a remark or refuse it; if you only notice later, keep the packaging and send evidence within two working days of delivery. iTaoBuy writes that a missing-items or damage application submitted on or after the eighth day after delivery is not compensable. Other agents run similar clocks.

Film the unboxing if the parcel matters to you, keep the outer box until everything is checked, and photograph the shipping label. These are the things an agent asks for first.
